By using the Image Upscaler at sortout.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
1. Permitted Use
You may use this tool to upscale images that you own or have the rights to process. You agree not to:
- Upload images you do not own or have rights to
- Upload illegal content (including but not limited to CSAM, content that violates third-party IP rights)
- Attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Automate bulk requests in a way that degrades service for other users
2. Your Images
You retain full ownership and copyright of all images you upload. We claim no rights over your content. Images are deleted immediately after processing (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the upscaled output. Image quality depends on the original image — very low-resolution inputs may produce visibly soft results at high scale factors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sortout.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. As the service is free, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero.
5. Service Availability
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of this tool. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
